The Armstrong Cooper Youth Football Association is a non-profit tackle football organization for kids in grades 1 through 8.
Monday, July 31st- Equipment handout at the football shack (located behind New Hope fire station in New Hope) 6pm-8pm for grades 6th-8th
Tuesday, August 1st- Equipment handout at the football shack (located behind New Hope fire station in New Hope) 6pm-8pm for grades 1st-5th
Wednesday, August 2nd- Equipment handout at the football shack (located behind New Hope fire station in New Hope) for those that could not make Monday or Tuesday 6pm-8pm
Monday, August 7th-Tuesday, August 8th: Mandatory evaluations at Plymouth Middle School lower fields 6pm-8pm. NO PADS just shirts, shorts and cleats
Thursday, August 10th- Make up equipment handout for ball players that could not make the scheduled equipment hand out at the football shack (located behind New Hope fire station in New Hope) 6:00pm-8:00pm
Monday, August 14th: Official start of the first week of practice. Head coach will be in touch with your specific time and location
Wednesday, August 23rd: Pictures at Cooper High School Community Gym 6:00pm-8:30pm
Saturday, August 26th: Football Scrimmage/Jamboree. Location/time TBD
Tuesday, September 5th: First games of the season will be played this week
Monday, October 23rd: Playoffs official start
Sunday, October 29th: End of season
Cost: The cost to register for the 2017 ACYFA season is $100.00 for grades 1-2 and $240.00 for grades 3-8.
Early Bird Discount: If grades 3-8 register before June 10th (must register by June 9th), you will receive an early bird discount of $20.00.
Family Discount: If you are registering more than one player in your family for grades 3-8, you will receive a $20.00 discount on the second (and third, if applicable) child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates. Also, please note that the Family Discount does not apply if you are receiving a hardship discount.
Payment Plan: ACYFA offers a payment plan. $120.00 is due at initial sign up and the second installment of $120.00 is due by July 1st. You will be responsible for a $5.00 registration fee charged to ACYFA by Sport Ngin for each installment (total will be $10.00 in addition to the registration fee). Early bird discount does apply if registering before June 10th.

ACYFA Hawks - 8th Grade Tier 3 Champions!
ACYFA produced two playoff champions for the 2016 season! The 8th Grade Hawks won the Tier 3 8th Grade Championship in the North Suburban Football League, and the 4th Grade Hawks won the Tier 2 4th Grade Championship in the Twin Cities North Youth Football League. Congratulations to both teams!

Jon West and Deb Daberkow-Wright were honored Thursday, March 9th 2017 for their many years of ACYFA leadership and coaching excellence. Jon has been actively involved with the ACYFA board since 2009, most recently as Board President. Jon has decided to retire from "official" board duties and Taavasa "JR" Mamea will now be assuming his leadership responsibilities as Board President. Deb has been actively involved with the board since 2006, most recently as Treasurer. Trevor Wroge will be assuming those responsibilities moving forward. Thank you Jon and Deb for everything you have done to make ACYFA the strong community organization that it is today!
