The cost to register for the 2018 ACYFA season: Grades 1st and 2nd (touch football) $50.00 and for grades 3rd-8th (tackle football) $200.00. A late fee of $25.00 will apply if registering after July 31st.
Family Discount: If you are registering more than one player in your family for grades 3-8, you will receive a $20.00 discount on the second (and third, if applicable) child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates. Also, please note that the Family Discount does not apply if you are receiving a hardship discount.
Payment Plan: ACYFA offers a payment plan. $100.00 is due at initial sign up and the second installment of $100.00 is due by July 1st. You will be responsible for a $5.00 registration fee charged to ACYFA by SportsEngine for each installment (total will be $10.00 in addition to the registration fee).
August 6th: Player draft 6:00 - 8:00pm (coaches only)
August 8th : Equipment handout, 6:00 - 8:00pm for 7th and 8th graders, 8:00pm -8:30pm for 6th graders. This is at the football shack located behind the New Hope fire station (1 block north of Zealand Avenue North and 42nd Avenue North in New Hope). You can also park in the back parking lot of Heritage Dental: 8500 42nd Ave North New Hope

August 13th: Team selections announced and official first practice will be this week. Your coach will be in touch with his own practice schedule and location
August 22nd: Picture Day, New Hope Community Gym, 6:00 - 9:00pm
August 25th: Football scrimmage/Jamboree. We have multiple locations to choose from and your head coach will make the choice where the team will be scrimmaging (3rd-8th grades only)
September 6th: Regular season begins (3rd-8th grades only)
October 21st: Regular season ends (3rd-8th grades only)
October 22nd: Playoffs begin (3rd-8th grades only)
November 4th: Playoffs end (3rd-8th grades only)
